From start to finish the principal, Anthony, was there for us. If he was absent, his team, including his wife, Josie, who also is a very qualified realtor steps in. At the beginning their team researched the best home and location for our particular need. They listened and took the time to steer us in the best direction which was a new build in a 55+ development. Being a new home the process was more complex and lengthy. Through all this time he attended the necessary meeting and acted in our stead when we were not able to attend because we were out of state. The contract process was difficulty and while I have the highest regard for LPT Reality, I have little regard for the builder's sales team. But Anthony inserted himself in the process to make things right. In some cases after hours he went and took pictures as it was being built when the sales girl just kept making empty promises. Saying this the builder's construction team; were top notch. It is nice to have someone like Anthony and construction managers on your side! They helped us understand the areas, suggested vendors as we needed to acquire furnishings, etc. In short LPT, guided by Anthony Musso, has proved to me there are still qualified realtors with ethics, area and product knowledge, empathy, and the willingness to see our transaction through from the beginning to the end with timely communication making all matters understandable. They are true product champions in this profession and we are extremely happy to have chosen them for this home.
